Software EXCELerators is a Microsoft Certified Partner offering quality training for business professionals and individuals.  Our classroom is specially equipped with custom tables, high quality computers and comfortable chairs.  Projection equipment allows everyone to easily follow as the instructor guides you through the training.  Class size is limited to five so that each individual in the class receives personal attention.  Class schedules are established quarterly and updated monthly.  For your convenience, we have printed our class policies below.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due the day of class unless prior arrangements have been made.  We now accept MasterCard and VISA.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a class registration if you are unable to attend.  To avoid charges, you must notify us at least two business days prior to the class start.   Notice received less than two business days prior to the class start will result in a $15 late  cancellation fee. No shows will be charged the full cost of the class.

Substitutions are allowed - you may send someone in your place.
